New Integration Makes It Easier to Help More Patients Get Care

Stamford, CT – February 2, 2022 – CareCredit, a Synchrony (NYSE:SYF) solution and a leading provider of promotional financing, is now integrated into Eaglesoft practice management software. The new integration is designed to help dental teams save time, streamline the payment process, and provide patients with more financing options to make it easier for patients to move forward with recommended treatment.

The CareCredit integration includes Synchrony’s Batch Quickscreen®, which enables teams to easily identify patients who are pre-approved or that already have an existing CareCredit credit card — even before they visit the practice. Knowing who is likely to be approved for CareCredit and who already has a card, can help make the financial conversation easier by allowing teams to proactively present a financial solution while discussing services and treatments. With CareCredit integrated into Eaglesoft, helping patients apply is also easier. Patient information is automatically transferred to the CareCredit application, so if a patient wants to apply, all the team needs to do is complete a few fields of information from the patient and click “submit” to receive a credit decision within seconds. Teams can also process transactions directly from the patient’s account in Eaglesoft and have them automatically post back to the ledger, helping to save time and minimize human error.
